Okay, this guy and his wife obviously do not understand the INTERNATIONAL symbol for "I am done with it, take it! Free, really I do not need it anymore."
UPDATE 2/7: Guess what? Some lady was driving by their house and thought the painting was left out for the trash!!! She saw the news story and returned the painting unharmed. DUH!!! The news people even said...I leave stuff out like that all the time.

Yeah, I read that too- what WAS he thinking?
No reasonable person could just drive by an Elvis Painting left out like that and NOT put it in their car.
